Tudugala Falls is the lowest beautiful waterfall in Lanka if you look at it from sea level. It is a little small but perfect for a vacation. Also, there are a number of suitable places to swim up and down the waterfall. Also, there is a natural small forest on one side and a rubber plantation on the other side, so you can spend a quiet day.

Dondra Head Lighthouse

The Tallest Lighthouse on the Island

Considered to be one of the more iconic lighthouses on the entire island, the Dondra Head Lighthouse serves to be the island’s tallest lighthouse, standing at a height of 160 feet. As it is located at the southernmost tip of Sri Lanka, it also serves to be one of the more important lighthouses still in operation. The lighthouse consists of 7 floors, which can be accessed by the 196-step stairway, which can be quite strenuous for the legs if you are to take the journey to the top. The view from the top is simply breathtaking, as it is possible to even see the Bulutota Mountain Range if you look north. However, keep in mind that access to the top is only granted through special permission from the authorities. 

Interesting Facts

Since the lighthouse was built in the year 1890, during the occupation of the British Empire, the raw materials of the structure were all imported from the British mainland, especially from the granite rock quarries of Scotland and Wales. Moreover, the lenses and light used to power the lighthouse can be traced to some of the finest makers during the reign of the British Empire. Thus, the lighthouse is also a great example of the colonial heritage that is very much alive on the island's southern coast.

Root and Hike experience 

From the Ella railway station, you have to go towards Kaithal Ella railway station. Passing Kital Alla Station we will see a small shop, we have to pass that shop too, then it will be a small road from the left side to Alla Rock., there is also a small bridge, we can go over that umbrella and start climbing the hill.

        While coming to eat from the falls, we came across the umbrella field on the way. After that, he touched the kettle, and before leaving me, he first washed his hands and feet with a little water and started to climb.

                             Little Adam's peak 

Named after its resemblance to the iconic Adam’s Peak/Sri Pada, Little Adam’s Peak is its more minor brother and a must-visit when in Ella. The hike to the top of Little Adam’s Peak is fairly easy; the peak is 1141m high, so it is more of a two-hour-long leisurely walk. Finding the path to Little Adam’s Peak is also effortless since it is clearly marked.

Mountaineering, camping, sunrise, and sunset are some of the most sought-after mountaineers. Ella Railway Station is another popular tourist attraction located here.

The hike begins on relatively flat ground and it is looking nice picturesque as you’re surrounded by tea bushes, and the higher you go, the steeper the trail, so it’s best advised to wear a pair of walking shoes. Despite the minimal effort needed for the trek, the view from the top is truly magnificent, as you overlook a deep valley and its surrounding hills. 

Hikers are advised to trek Little Adam’s Peak well before sunset, as it can get harder to navigate the darker it gets. Appropriate footwear is required due to the uneven terrain. As you get to the summit, remember to be cautious when taking photographs near the edge, as it can get quite dangerous. The hike is easy enough for kids too!

The solar power system is the best solution for power cuts but it is high cost. Also, it needs the extra effect to maintain and install. also, it is difficult to use in upper flows and renter houses. but is it the best solution for all also sustainable eco friendly

Power Backup Inverter System

1. This is my solution for Power cus it is a very high accuracy, excellent durability, and high-efficiency system for any place

2. It is power backup In 100A or 150A Deep cycle battery using 12V,10A battery charge it displays changing Voltage a Curren also

3. Then Battery releases backup power through a 1500W pure sine wave inverter

4. The inverter has connected to Change over. Chang over has 2 inputs and one output. one for the main supply and another one for the Invertor supply change over out directly connected to distribution bord 

5. If main power available change over switch must in the top, If you want to power off you have to change over put to the middle when power cut change over must put into the bottom place 

6. This Inver is a pure sine wave inverter so any electric equipment can power by using this, but we have to consider the wattage of the Invertor

7. we can install this kind of system with one hundred thousand (100,000.00/=LKR)
