Emergency Alarm system

 OBJECTIVE 

In facility two there is a dryer. Some time was off without any signal to technician so after many time it is effective to the production of printing arear. So some time they come and complain then maintain persons have to attend immediately then there current have to stop. It is problem.


In this project, they can get a mobile alert if off the dryer then they can manage time and attend.

A remote controllable automatic conveyor belt using Programmable Logical Control (PLC),

 

 ABSTRACT

In many industries, it is required to move parts from one place to another. Sometimes the working environment is not suitable for physical health as there can be poisonous gases and chemicals etc. To replace manual work the concept of conveyer belt is used, but still, need to have human supervision. In this paper, a remote controllable automatic conveyor belt is introduced using Programmable Logical Control (PLC), where it can operate automatically and controlled by a remote location. As Users can obtain information about the real-time status and control the equipment remotely, it can be used in hazardous places where it is unsafe for human beings.  Even with non-hazardous situations, it would reduce the manpower requirement, and also increase the total production efficacy and accuracy. Automation is achieved by using PLC and HMI software running in a PC. Monitoring can be done remotely using the latest network and internet technologies Controlling is done by using relays connected to the sensor module. When compared to traditional systems connected with wires, the proposed system has many advantages with its wireless technology. It is not required to have fixed control room as user can monitor and control from anywhere.

INTRODUCTION

In this project is most importing to small industry, it is a system to move the part to one place to another place, It is Conway system control by Programmable Logical Control (PLC). It is reliable and Safety is very high and production cost also low. Users can obtain real-time status information and control remote equipment without time and space restriction. In this project, the monitoring and controlling of devices are achieved using PLC, simulation of HMI, and pc monitor. Also, it can monitoring and control through the internet by using a network module to PLC. Then the user can control the device through a relay connected to the sensor module. Apart from controlling the devices remotely, an automatic controlling procedure is also provided to control the devices.          

 

Automatic control panels are available in industries for monitoring and controlling the parameters of machines and hence the final product. But most of the control panels in industries are wire panels and machines are controlled and monitored by the control room operator using a wired network. The wires are moving through conducts, sometimes inside walls and sometimes underground also. So breakdown maintenance of these wires is a difficult task in industries. As these wires are not open so it is difficult to locate the fault. And even after locating the fault, it takes time to repair them. The second disadvantage of this method is operator console cannot move from one room to another. Every time operator has to go to a particular room to monitor and control the operation.

Also this Conway system no need an external rack it is initially we have fixed to the Conway it is made by 3D printing. Material decided according to the user.

 

            If anyone hasn’t money to get PLC they can use a microcontroller for this process but it is not suitable for a larger production. But in a small factory can use it easily. It is an IoT system. This system like a small SCDAR system.

 

I. PROPOSED SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

 Proposed architecture mainly consists of three Modules. They are:

1. Sensor Module
2. DC motor
3. Network Module

Sensor module consists of all the sensors which are used for data acquisition and sending these values to the DC motor through PLC, whereas the DC motor  is the one which is responsible for receiving the values from sensor modules and posting.

IV.PROGRAMING LANGUAGE & SOFTWARE

          Thin project use to program language is ladder it is a common language to most of Siemens PLC product. It is easy to understand and analyze.            

            SIMATIC TIA portal is now the latest software for S7 series PLC controller programing. TIA integrated with step7, WinCC & scout TIA.

PRESSURE SENSOR

Pressure is an expression of the force required to stop a fluid from expanding and is usually stated in terms of force per unit area. For the purposes of this article, such a signal is electrical.

INFRARED SENSOR

  An infrared sensor is an electronic device that emits in order to sense some aspects of the surroundings. An IR sensor can measure the heat of an object as well as detects the motion. These types of sensors measure only infrared radiation, rather than emitting it that is called as a passive IR sensor.

NETWORK MODULE

 

Industrial Ethernet (IE) is the use of Ethernet in an industrial environment with protocols that provide determinism and real-time control. Protocols for Industrial Ethernet include Ether CAT, Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, POWERLINK, SERCOS III, CC-Link IE, and Modbus TCP.

CONCLUSION:

 

            Sometime some industry processing area is not suitable to human’s access because of chemical and heavy work in that time need human less processing system in that time can use this method to success the product. Also it can monitoring and control remotely. This have done for small industry but by doing small change it can use anywhere. It is like small SCADA system.
