OBJECTIVE

 

This machine came with a safety issue. Its door can open when operating time it can damage the worker.

 

So we make a device with 2 limits to re-fix the issues. Now it can’t open when operating time.

·        Limit switch

Discussion

 To re-fix the issues, we make the device using 2 limit switches and a magnet door lock. Now it can’t open

 When operating time.  When running the machine 1^st limit switch is the press so the magnet lock is activated so it can’t open. But when giving up the operating handle magnet lock also deactivates. Then it can open.
